How is a group session different?

Group sessions are for small groups of people up to 6 who have an interest or common goal that they are looking to achieve. The sessions last for thirty minutes and I usually hold them at a place you would prefer. eg :-

In The Workplace:
These sessions are suitable for people who would like gentle relaxation/stress relief.

Sports Performance:
These sessions are designed to improve general performance or can be targeted towards specific events.


Individual bookings may be made at the end of a group session.
